CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY (For All Bookings)
- If cancelled 15 days prior the check in date no retention charged
- If cancelled 14 - 07 days prior the check in date 25% of the total amount will be charged
- If cancelled 06 - 02 days prior the check in date 50% of the total amount will be charged
- If cancelled/No show 01 day prior the check in date or No Show on Check-in date 100% of the total amount will be charged
CHILD POLICY
- Child under the age of 05 years will be complimentary
- Child above the age of 06 years and within 10 years without extra mattress will be marked as Child With No Bed (CNB) and charged accordingly
- Child above the age of 11 years will marked as extra person and charges accordingly whether extra bed opt or not.
